Cash Prizes Tournaments - Good for Z8/G4Box and CF Players
An idea that will help Z8 / G4Box generate additional revenues and create excitement for CF community.
The idea:
Host 6 tournaments a year, 2 month duration, where each team pays an entry fee of $150, $100 is for the prize pool and $50 goes to Z8/G4 for hosting the tournaments.
So, based on wogl structure, you have 10 players max per team and will cost them each $15 dollars.
If 100 teams sign up, that would be $10,000 in the cash pool up for grabes. First place team would get half, 5,000, second place would get 3,000, third 2,000 and fourth 1,000.
To me, 15 dollars every two months is not much. This of course creates those who will try to win this cash at whatever cost (cheating) so the anti-hack for wogl will be a good test if this closes that issue.
Now, if Z8 / G4Box does not want to take this direction, then it can always be done without their help but I would prefer to have them manage this as it would gain better support, and also generates additional revenue for them.

its cool but unless u are Gm i dont think it will happen -
Nope, Its definitely not the same.
Definitely a government employee...damn their everywhere.
So, do you work in the Tax department or accounting...if not then you are basing your response based on assumptions oppose to facts.
Keep in mind, this idea is done in alot of other games where cash prizes are offered, mainly money from sponsors so obviously this sort of thing would be considered.
Lets leave it to G4Box opposed to those who only base things on assumptions; however, it is still a valid point that you do bring up and needs to be reviewed. -
No, actually Im not even employed. I'm still taking some classes trying to fig exactly what im going to do, so pretty soon I'll start tutoring math to make some $ while at school.
Anyway it doesn't take someone in the Goverment or working for them, to realize that taxes can be a nightmare for buisnesses, and I highly doubt Z8 is going to want to add another layer to that.
