Wogl Team looking for people

so here whats going down TeamFragHead is looking for team members for Wogl or any other League

www.fragghead.com is the site but the crossfire stuff isnt done

here is what we are looking for though

1.8 search and destroy clan match kdr
age 16+
ventrillo with mic IS A MUST
over 2000 kills with main account in clan match snd kdr
must be able to play at all times at 9 pm est
must have under 150 ping
play with over 50 fps when growler/fraps/scrimspot/TeamView
3 snipers (1 main , 2 sub) AWM
7 Rifles (4 Main , 3subs) M4 or Ak47 only no Scar Light (M4A1-Custom,M4A1-ADV, Ak47 Silver , Ak 47 Scope and Camo are allowed For Wogl)
