How i can Contact Z8Games or a Community Manager?

Hey,

im very angry! How i can contact Z8Games, the Support close all my Tickets and give me no Answer!

I hope a GM can me it say, or contact me for my Problems!

Usually just a PM to me would be ok. Not so hard.

Don't expect a quick answer all the time though since I do get quite a few PM's per day.

You have turned off private messages. You may not send private messages until you turn them on by editing your options.

Go down to the private message box and hit the box that says enable PM's

i also had that problem couple mounths ago... and now i cant even recharge my zp with mobile...

why?

i think your parents/ who ever is paying for the cellphone found out about it or your carrier caught on. or it could be your over your charge limit. who knows? you would have to call your Cell phone provider and ask to find out.

And yet never reply to 99% of them
