Download the sound effect off a media sharing website or get CS:S and rip it from the sound files.

id assume ud just put them in like a song? i dont know how to use sony vegas i used windows movie maker for this

yeah but when I tried putting the cs awm shot in like you couldn't hear the original song I put in there
and I was trying to put it into the demo vid
