Fatal error

ive been playing crossfire for a while now and ive never had a problem until now for some reason every time i start the game a blue screen pops up when i have to login the blue screen says fatal error it says the system was forced to shut down i have to disconnect the computer and then start it back on i dont know what to do i already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game PLEASE HELP
