blue scree and cf error

ok so i had this blue screen on my computer then when i went in to cf my zp was gun no hacked and my ak como 90 days was gone i had 48 days left to and on my shovel too i had 70k zp but when i bouhght the stuff when down to 55 can somebody help me like a refund and every time i tried there was runtime error do i get refond and somebody looked at my account
