u can backwards hop and forward hop
it's okay =P

when u wanna backwards u press JUMP + S at the same time, then once u land, press jump, then press S and repeat the jump then S, and so on...

when u wanna forward you run, then you jump and crouch, before landing you jump again while holding crouch(it's double jump = jump before land, to get on big boxes), then jump again before landing and repeat jump again before landing =P HOLDING crouch
