Have to agree with you on this one. There aren't many old competitive teams left with their original line-ups and such. Most of them have disbanded, reformed, or people just create clans and disband it after a week again.

Oh well, good luck I guess.

The issue is, most people looking for clans don't hae the patience to start a new one, they want a set team. The OTHER issue is that clans with a set team don't want these people.

It was Crew* lol, and Crew* was bomb. We had tons of good players, but we ended up breaking up cause of 1 lost scrim. And xrL tried to steal a couple players like Brad and Mav.

All? I am quite unsure of what you mean there, last I checked not many "old" clans came back only for WOGL. Not to mention while some may use "old" names or have similarities they are often quite different.

Although I do agree people are rather silly to leave their clans in hopes of finding a clan with a higher skill level in most cases. It is simply the nature of online gaming. People are lazy, rather then practicing its easier to try to find stronger players to carry you.
