i started dl on 24-12, finished and installed today, (i couldnt be stuffed, im not on dial up) can someone tell my why the patch is goin spaz at me?

chinese on the crossfire

this is my problem .how come i cant see the chinese word and my chinese friends can see them where can i download a thing that can make this problem go away i cant find a way to make this problem go away .
