lol now i KNOW some people are gonna ask "how does this help you in CF?" It kinda helps me because i can see multiple things going at once, so when i play Crossfire, i can see the SLIGHTEST move that someone makes from like across the map and i can quickly react to it, and it helps me with my reactions, some how.. (does this make any sense? lol, w.e)

another way i would warm up is to play on alpha server and play Team Deathmatch before going into S&D.

(TIP dont drink anything that is cold, it will make you shiver and your aim will be off)
