Custom Skins?

I'm sure this has been discussed or even posted before but being the capcha image is bugged atm, I can't do a forum search. Was wondering if there were any custom skins already around or if they can even be done in CF? or is that against the TOS?

What I mean by the UI in-game is the stuff that provides you information while you're playing. Like the health bars, ammo, team scores, etc.

Weapon skins are changable but is only seeable to you, its also extremely hard, I had a bud of mines try and hes amazing at Graphic Designing, end result came out kinda wonky.

Well if he means it like that than no its impossible, this game wasnt meant to be modded like that.

EDIT: No not impossible but a pain and most likely not worth it.
