Game freezes...then maybe comes back for a few second...Disconnection Timeout

hi all

ok. when i try to enter crossfire rooms, sometimes it just freezes, cant move cursor , cant do anything. sometimes it takes a few seconds or even minutes...then it goes back to normal but after a few minutes of gaming, it freezes again and after some time it tells me server disconnected timeout something like that...

i run a windows 7 64 bit laptop, geforce 230 GT 230 M...before everything worked fine, i didnt change anything at all. also i tried other games, counterstrike source, crysis, stalker
no problems at all. CPU temperature normal, latest driver...i really dont know what the problem could be. if someone can help here..that would be awsome.
