2). Must have ventrilo, with or without a mic.
3). Must have a 1.5 KDR and above.
4). Must be active.
5). No QQing (cry more noob), especially with hackers
6). Respect.
7). +14 Age, due to kid's spamming in ventrilo and CrossFire.
