How do you report?

I'm new in the game and I found a wallhacker. I have the replay and name, now I just need to know how to send the replay and report him?

Rename the replay to the name of the cheater

Upload the replay to megaupload (works best) or something like that.

Send a PM to GM Saidin along with a little bit of info (player name, rounds, etc)

and make sure its an actual wallhacker and not someone who has a good headset, pays attention to his/her surroundings, knows the map so he/she knows what object makes what sound, stuff like that I get called aimbotter/wallhacker all the time, because I know the map.
