That is right, you may have helped someone Farm.......And don't even know it.
This is how it works; A clan will put plays on both sides, about 3 players per.
This way they control the game and the vote's (F11 or F12).
If a very good player or a hacker comes in the game, they will kick him quick.
Now there players will Hack there azz's off on you ( Aimbot, Chamm, ect ).
You will see there players in the top places, 1st, 2nd, 3rd. most of the time.
And if you starts to say that one of there Clan members is hacking, "You" will be kicked.
Some of us may already now this, but a lot don't. So watch out!

It's called "Controling the room". U should try it sometime.
I dont understand the part of the "Farming", It sound's like thier just playing a pub. -

One clan I know very well, is doing this. These guys are calling it clan farming.
To control & hack = Farming a room full of noobs
It's just a new way of farming, that's all. I am not saying everyone is doing it,
but to watch out for it. -

It's only happened to me a few times.
Basically if you don't understand.
They bascially make sure they have enough people to securely vote people off.
After playin 1 round they see what your score is, if your rubbish they keep you in and carry on getting free kills off you because your 'rubbish'.
If your any good they just vote you off -
I avoid to get in the same room in which more than 8 players from the same clan or where it has most to better guess is many times I kicked easily and holds its simpludoar to control the game. Therefore I say to very often to not let my players kick if someone is better than you and does not hack suspect let them enjoy the game and his talent

lol this isnt true. me and my clan like to pub with each other when beta is dead, but we dont kik anybody for no obvious reason. LOL 1 time we enter a game of alaska i forget what round it was, but there was this 1 guy in there swearing at me bcuz i came in and took his ACE, he kept at it. when the game was 12-12, one of my clan mates kik voted him and every1 f11. LMAO but this was the only time we ever abused the vote system

Not true. You probably dont even have a clan or ever did. We don't farm off people nor do we kick pros. The reason we're first is because we're good enough to be. The people you've seen are most likely in some unknown nooby clan and seeing some noob clans doesn't mean all clans do it. We kick people who we think hack and since when was kicking you because your good good a hack? I mean really? Dont hack play fair? We are being perfectly fair by letting you play and if your kicked in the middle of the match that means you either are too hack like or you hack.

i did that in GM and got a what looked like a cham kill but since i got told where the ghost was coming from i got the kill.

when i was in charon i did this allot for not getting kicked by noobs for 'chamming'
but somehow someone fcked my sound config so i can barely pinpoint anymore
