I didnt say game servers...I eluded to the game Cross Fire. Those who developed it have rights to it. They can manage who they sell it to and who they support based on business contracts and models. If I'm wrong then just go to the store and pick up your very own copy of the game and run your own server. If just anyone can do it then go for it.
Regional franchise rights are a fact of business. Just like MCDonalds wont let another McDonalds open up next door to each other. Just think bigger.
I'm not sure this is whats happening anyway. I speculated and said I was doing so.. I was actually hoping someone with actual knowledge could educate us.
But in all me efforts I cant see where your response was helpful at all. I'll keep reading it over to see if I'm missing something.

I agree with you on this matter. But just because they have the power to make anything happen they want they MUST keep a community. Without one there is no reason to implement anything. So they must know the importance of keeping the content appealing to as many people as possible. And the paying people are particularly important. They must have marketing research and demographic data to make these decissions but all in all they should listen to the existing customer base at least a little.
Free speech means you have the right to voice yourself...Doesnt mean I'm compelled to listen. They can do whatever they want ....doesnt mean we are compelled to play.

Sorry man....I got caught up when you just flamed everyone here for being idiots. I'm not that smart. I'm just a guy nothing more nothing less. pudgypaw is a Berkley Grad...Doesnt mean he's smart...but probably means he's a progressive/liberal/socialist/communist. I don't know him really but I think I understand UC Berkley. There are exceptions.
I'm not claiming to be an intellect but at the same time I'm not going to allow an arrogant post like that one go un checked. You were on the attack I was just defending.
And if you need another year to be an intellectual?...Well I guess you think education equals intellect. Or am I missing something?
