Mouse Sensitivity?

Alright,i got my mouse sensitivity to 100%.My question is,Will it affect my game play to have it that high?What do you prefer instead?What do you use as your mouse sensitivity?

i use 0 sens but i also have a 5600 dpi mouse. 0 sens i more then my old mouse 100 sens

I have both my mouse and sniping sensitivity set to 80.

Didn't like it higher, didn't like it lower.
