Suggestion of clan rank

I just got a great idea now.

Like, when we get more points, we are gettin rank up.
So, to stop farming and show the real pros on first place, there should be like this:
When you get sufficient point to rank up (Like, you are 200 ranked and now you got points to be 199), you should make a battle to rank up.
If the other clan declines, then he will be 200 and you will be 199.
If he accepts, make a scrim-like and who wins becomes 199 ranked.
Obviusly there will be a limit of members, like many clans with 1 members are out there cant make the battle to rank up, so low ranked will be only point.
