no its only 7 days. there is no way to own a normal PSG, you can get a PSG red dragon from coupons (you get them from crates)
if you want advice, don't get a PSG, it isnt an amazing sniper rifle, unless you are quite good at sniping

WRONG. Before CF had a prem psg crate. if you were lucky to win one back than you'll have a rare normal looking pSG.

Some people have a permanent PSG from the very first GP crates, but I think they were discontinued.
