Support Ticket!

Ok this was what I thought would be the fair solution to my woes. I paid for several things right before the West Coast server went down. I get a 150 to 160 ping in west coast server and all others I get about 330. My KD ratio went from around 1.4 to about .3 in the downed period.

I dont want anything big...Just a chance to use the things I bought to a fair effectiveness.

About the West Coast going down. I purchased 30 days of Armor and 30 days of +50% EXP. I did play during the last 30 days but at a highly diminished capacity. I had also purchased several other things but I''ll not dwell on those. I would ask an additional 2 weeks be given to me to cover the obvious loss of effectivness during the time frame that the west coast server was down. I currently live in Seoul South Korea and I am most effective on the West coast server. Please review my history to verify what I''m saying is accurate.
