I start crossfire(patcher),hit start game,then everything runs like HGCW and Xtrap but then nothing happens...
I wait,and wait,and wait,and wait(!!!!!!!!!!!) and eventually a box comes up saying HGCW timed out.
I re-installed CF and restarted my computer and the same thing happens.
Any help?

umm since you tried so many times, look at your bottom right corner, where the time is at, and go over the shield thingy, hover over it and it goes away, then start the game again??

This happens when you have processes using your cpu.You need to get a gamebooster and try removing junk from your computer.Shut down programs,blah,blah,blah.CF takes alot to run,so any programs left running will stall the game and execute this error.

nah,because ive started crossfire before
it was just right after the patch and i was like wtf and it wouldnt go
just retried n still not working
last thing i see is on Xtrap and it says Recv Xtrap.xt
EDIT:I got 4 gigs of ram btw so I should have enough to run crossfire as i do to triple log an mmo of mine >.<
EDIT2:Fixed!!Was my antivirus holding xtrap.xt and wouldn't let xtrap run =P
