Im being kicked from like 50% of games, noone watches replays, noone reports, but plenty of noobs think i hack. so im being kicked all the time. from 8 games i played today i was kicked 5 times in a row. There are chammers in a room, but noone kick them, glitchers, ppl who swear, but only im being kicked.
What should i do...

Not try hard in pubs.

I play GM, and i get kicked about..... 100% of games, Trust me.
But i leave just before i get kicked, and i still get my K/d at least. x)
Try playing with friends/clanmembers.

try to play with your clan members, friends,a nd you will always get an eternal f12

LOL, i do this all the time. (not literaly ALL the time) but when i play snD and i hear a sh1t tone of footsteps around a corner or thru a door in front of me, i hang back and let the noobs behind me run in guns blazing, that way i can pop in AFTER the Baddies are focused on something other then who is coming in the door and mop up. Total legit strat, if the other people are to dumb to play it safe let them die and use their corpses to trip thine enemies.

suggestions to avoid QQers, is not to play pub alot. play in an unable to join room, password locked room, or go scrimming with your clan
