Report review process

I recently decided to be more proactive in helping to police our community. I have sent in 5 replays over the last 8 days. Now I know it takes time to get to them but its been 8 days since the first one was sent... No one has even downloaded it yet.

So 8 days we have all had to deal with a possible cheat (I'll let you guys make the calls I'll just supply the Vids)

How long is the normal turn around for you guys to review the replays?

I'll do my part I just want to know if its worth it.

Why bother if its a 2 month process?

i never reported anyone before, but i think it takes a long time

The record for one of my reports was 30 minutes.
I think they still have a backlog of reports due to the holidays so that may be why it's taking time, though they sometimes ban the account without posting it on the ban list.

Plus, if for some reason you don't see a download in a month or so, just send it in again.

Will do.

I really want to help...But I prefer to just play. But I will do whatever I can to help clean things up.

If you only have to send it in once, and it gets looked at within 3 months your lucky. :P

It wouldn't bother me so much if it would last 3 months and the person in question is unable to create an account on CF forever (somewhat similar to steam, where you'd have to buy the game again in order to play, or something like that), but they can just go ahead and create a new account, which takes what? 2 minutes?

I do still have faith in reporting people, whether it's a waste of time, idk.
