Why did they delete SMS option for Item shop ?

Its not deleted, sometimes when i buy a large amount of ZP through SMS, they kinda block the SMS option after several times of using it to prevent fraud, just change your IP from your router in case you have dinamic IP with your ISP and it will be available again, if you dont have dinamic IP.. just wait i guess.
