Lan Multiplayer?
For those who love Lan Parties And Pwning friends in the same place. Think No lag. However I know this game is kinda different on it's registering of "everything" you do in the game. Such As Switching Guns. I notice when I have 150 ping in a normal server, my guns take longer to switch when my fps is not lagging yet. (such as Pressing Q-Q after sniping). But in west coast my ping drops to 70. (still kinda lower?) And when I switch guns here the speed of switching is wayy faster. Does this mean everything you do has to be registered with the server first before you can see it happen? Counter-strike is different than this I think.
Anyway.
Think about LAN support. It would be cool to host a closed Lan game. The server is an issue in this case however, such as Guns and such. But what about making it available to the users to just "disconnect" from the server and play with friends? Scores won't have to count? Maybe a server client that one could use as a dedicated server for a lan party, have that one computer connected to a "information" server for crossfire, but have the "maps and guns and such" on that dedicated server for temporary fun with friends? I'm just thinking Counter-strike like. It would be cool though.
Also am I right about the syncing for the game? If so then thats why lag is a real issue...

Counter-Strike was so fun though going to lan parties... QQ
I'm saying though like maybe one computer could be a dedicated host for the game, it would still receive communication with z8games, but just the gaming would all take place through that one computer, and everyone connects to that computer, recieving updates from z8games through that computer. It's just a tunnel through to keep the pings down and fast?
