Need staff help seriously. Deposit error.

Hi im no1sgreat (n01scool in the game) and i made a deposit for 10.000 zp and i didn't got it.
My other friend (my twin on the game) called no1sco0l got those 10.000 zp for non reason how did that happend?
Would i get those 10.000 zp? i payed for them... It was a serious error =(

Send in a support ticket explaining your situation. I cannot gauruntee they will switch it though
