You can try to submit a ticket, but to be honest there are warnings all over the place telling you to not do what you did:

as the MOD said, you can send a support ticket, but you need proves or you won't get it back.

send them ur e-mail that you made the account with and you old password. and let them reset the pass for you and you can check you e-mail
