Incorrect Rank being displayed In-game

I've been playing CF on and off since closed beta and about 6 months ago I noticed my rank had dropped to the one you see now (In the screenshot included below). I didn't think anything of it at first, figured it was just a bug that would get sorted out eventually. Over the coarse of the last 6 months during my on and off play I noticed it never again correctly displayed my actual rank, yet shows all my stats correctly. I still rank up as though I'm my correct rank (Experience wise), yet my "badge" displays as an incorrect lower rank yet still progresses. Any note from a GM about this and possibility it can be fixed? Thank you for your time and assistance.

it happend to me alot when i first started reinstall CF again and i think it should be fine

its the images in ur cf folder, they must've been messed with in some way. reinstall or get the images off a friend.

Yeah, well that's the thing. I never reinstalled it, nor altered any of the game files. I've only reinstalled the game once or twice since closed beta and that was just because it was required because a newer game client had come out. If you take a look at my statistics on the website itself, it's also displayed incorrectly. It appears there's an error in the database with my account rank.

If you also take notice, my experience is no where near what it should be, a measly 30k experience.

Despite already knowing my game client was not the issue here, I've completely re-downloaded and installed the game fresh (Restarted inbetween uninstall and installation). The problem still persists with a fresh install of the game client. This is not an issue on my end but on z8's.

Please do not bump threads.

It clearly states in the stickies that GP and rank issues should be taken up via a support ticket.

As far as the reason goes, I'm not entirely sure why your rank would be displayed incorrectly. If you haven't tried a reinstall it's usually never a bad thing to do. Your last rank up would need to be tracked by the system. But if that happened during your on-and-off play months ago then it may not have been tracked and there may be nothing we can do.

Obviously in your rant to correct me for "bumping" a post that wasn't being tended to, you must have have missed my most recent reply to this topic clearly stating I had just reinstalled the game client.
