AWM CAMO not allowed in Wogl?

I was surprised too but popz told sr*reapz that awm has a different sens compared to the awm reg so i suppose thats the reason

It's not like a m4-adv where +5 is on top of 30.

The ak is mainly about positioning yourself.

If you are smart you can place yourself in a perfect close range situation with the AK in such a manner as to spray down 2-4 of their players while taking minimal damage.

I personally fine that mid range I prefer my XM8 or m4, but long range the ak's 2 shot burst is nice (1v1 situations) and close range it is an animal, dealing high damage and spraying multiple enemies.

It's all debatable.
Allow some ZP guns, don't allow others, where's the line.
I think it's either no or all ZP really.
You watch all the top teams have teams full of M4-Adv. Epic.

the skill light being excluded i can understand
it's an overpowered weapon that everyone thinks is the "must-have" rifle
but it's not - get an xm8, guarantee u get more kills doing tap shots

the awm-camo not being allowed is a weird one though
i mean in a 5v5, if you're sniping and use more than say 6/7 per round that's pretty awful
and even then if you need those 6/7 in consecutive shots, good teams will batter you

all this being said, i think wogl should've just said "no zp items whatsoever"
and then allowed all things gp - keeps it on a level playing field for non-zp buyers

most popular rifles will be the xm8 and m4a1-adv without a doubt in wogl
i wouldn't be surprised if most teams set up with:

1 using awm
2 with m4a1-adv
1 with xm8
and 1 with mp5-adv

I know that having 10 bullets before having to reload means that I can spam more and hold my angle longer.


If you don't need the +5 bullets anyway, then why are people complaining?

I still stand by the idea that everyone competing should only be allowed to use the default weapons. Then we get to see who is truly the most skilled.
