What I've noticed about crates

At exactly everytime the hour changes to the beginning of :00 more people get a rare item. See for yourself. I'm guessing you get a higher percentage of winning a rare item at those times.

Erm I knew there was certain times when the chances are higher, It's same with Casinos.
Havent been sad enough to work them out though.

also i know BlackMarket 'Trick' which seems to work on any type of crate [Getting coupons].
