got a virus while viewing forums... D:
ok...
a few days ago i had finished playing crossfire so i went to the forums like i always do, but then i got an error message from adobe which i found weird
then... i got lots of pop ups asking me to get this anti malware, so i restart my computer
i keep getting a message now that says "google installer failed to install" and norton wont start. my web bowser's and any anti virus programs are being blocked and wont execute...
my computer keeps flashing a blue screen at me when i try to get to the log in screen and then restarts its self.
it takes about 3 restarts before i finaly get in...
(i have windows XP but i use an apple computer with bootcamp so i still have mac)

I had a similiat instance as others have also. I used spydoctor and it removed the virus and trojan.
Some have suggested malware bytes amd another program dont remember what it is.
GL yours sounds nastier than mine. Although it did ruin my HD at work and they had to ghost it,... -
the virus blocks spybot and malware bytes from installing

it crashes my computer when its about to finish...
Try installing the following programs....A-Squared, Security 360, AVG, Avast, and Avira. Don't download them all at once. If one works, use that.Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software it is best for removing these programs

this happened to me on like 3 instances. A popup pops up looking like your firewall. It claims you have several viruses in your computer.
