how do u open the creates i follow the instructions but the create dosent open

    1. you go to black market
    2. click button "GP Crates"
    3. buy those crates u want to (m16s-c, winchester, anaconda adv, aug a1-camo, d.e.c.)
    4. when ur finished with buying crates, click button "Owned Crates"
    5. then u should see in the second line a blue/brown box - on the right side, click button "open crates"
    6. then press "open now"
    7. then u see a spin wheel - click there and u open them
