Joining a clan.

Ok, i made a forum account and i tried joining a clan but it says ' you need to be at least lv 4 to join a clan you are now at level -999'.Also, in my account it says nothing about my crossfire character and fyi in game im past sergeant 1st class.I have another account in game and forums it says that too.On that one im staff sergeant 3rd class.

If you know why this is happening i would appreciate it very much if you could tell me.
