I think its choopy cause you render'd it wrong O.o..
Also, The color sync was pretty good, Except towards the end it like changed?
Also, Since you're using the replay, Make sure you put EVERYTHING on HIGH for better qaulity when recording.
btw, awp sound's sync was good

Off topic: Your signature made me smile.
On topic: The editing was kind of bad imo, The only thing i see is numbers that you added. And the footage was all choppy which didn't help.

(Positive criticism) You should use youtube tutorials to find out how to do stuff. Sometimes even dren cant even help you with sony vegas.
