How many "FPS" you can get on CrossFire?
Hello guys,
I bought a graphic card yesterday. XFX ATI HD4890 DDR5 1GB.
With this powerful graphic card I can get 100/140FPS in the crossfire.
With my old graphic card 8600GT FATALITY XFX DDR3 256MB i can get 200/250FPS. I'm new to ATI and I wonder if any of you could help me to have more FPS and also how many FPS can you have in CrossFire.
My PC:
CPU: Core 2 Duo 2.9
Mem: 2GB 800Mhz
3D: XFX HD4890 DDR5 1GB
OS: WinXP PRO SP3

I have a clanmate with dual graphics cards and he pulls over 300 fps..
You have a 2.9 duo core?Wow thats funny I have an old school pentium 4 clocked at 2.8 and my computer screams fast..

2nd - vaporizer, my pc is 2x times faster than yours. I didn't get your point. I run every games on ULTRA HIGH i run DIRT2 in ULTRA HIGH "i doubt that your computer run it in ultra high" and i get 60FPS in crossfire. Crossfire is a poor game in graphics how can i get only 140FPS in max? -

Dude if you look at cs or any other game the knifes look like steak knifes with no teeth (Graphics suck).If you have the right graphics cards you can run over 300fps.I said that up there..Crossfire has decent graphics,your computer is missing them.I dont have a single video card and get 17-30fps.Crossfire has great graphics..... -

Ram: 1Gb 333mhz DDR
Video: Radeon X1600XT 256mb GDDR3 @ 1.38ghz/Core @ 590
with all this which is about 4~ years old i get a bare maximum of 330 fps on CF on all high @ 1024x768 res.
i can play Crysis on medium with 30fps tho i only got the demo for Performance Testing. -
Lol man read this: i had XFX FATALITY 8600GT 256MB ddr3 and i had 250FPS i change into a better one ATI XFX 4890HD 1GB DDR5.

With my old graphic i got 450FPS once with me and a friend on a room only 1vs1 -

So you download the dll and send it to saidin.I dont go to hack sites because I have no reason there.Hackers are every where but I and a whole community dont go sniffing for updated hacks at there websites to tell gm they have hacks.You fail buddy. -

how do u get less fps?a number of things could possibly make that happen,some motherboards are picky for their componets,also your PSU can have a effect on it since that looks like a card that takes more power than mine and i have only 350 watt. -

It's compatible. Your desktop motherboard probably only can use AGP that's why you can't use NVIDIA cause most part of NVIDIA graphics are PCI-E. -

yeah my mobo is AGP too,the x1600xt i have is almost the best agp card out there as far as i know,nvidia did release a 7600 for agp ithink or sumthing like it -

dammm,lol now that is powerful,i eventually plan to buy and overclock a Phenom II to be near4Ghz with 4gb of 2.1ghz ram and a 4850x2 for video plus a 500~1000watt psu and a G2SSD
