Letter d doesnt work in game

Like in the title LETTER D DOESNT WORK IN GAME, well like u see i can chat and type d, also in game i can write it down in chat, but it wont move a player strafe right, so its very anoying and dont kno how to fix it,

i reinstaled game 4 times same stuff happens all over, also i downlaoded game twice, each time from diffrent mirror,

Any solutions?
Please help
