XM8 or Scar Light.

XM8 is what i'd choose
Although the two guns are very familiar (to me)

Scar Light is the best gun in the game - as such, people whine when anyone chooses to use the best gun.

XM8 is a good 2nd choice.

Scar Light is too easy. If you don't want people giving you negative criticism about skill, use the XM8.

I resold my XM8 for the Scar Light.
Worst decision ingame, apart from crating.

I'm very new to the XM8 - never had any need for it before, but I'm impressed by it so far.
Being able to box 80% feels new, didn't really apply boxing before they messed with M4.

Will be the top used gun in WOGL for sure.

Yes, it is, SL isn't a "pro" gun anymore.

xm8 is a must have

It depends on what you want. If you want a good gun without too much skill required, the Scar-Light is what you want. I don't play often, and so I need something that I can pick up and just start shooting with. Thus, I can still get a lot of kills without needing to have practiced with it.

The XM-8 requires much more skill than the Scar-L to use. If you play CF a lot and have the time to practice (I don't, I have a life... no offense! :P) then that gun might be a better choice.

IMO Scar is better. But not by much.

I have a cruddy ping. So I use the scar whenever I'm not breaking a crate weapon. Ya people cry but not a lot.

As long as they are crying after I kill them and not the other way around I dont care.

And by the way. kill them with a toothpick and they will still find a reason to cry.

they are probally the two best spray guns in the game (dont hate m4a1 users) so either way you will be set. go to alaska and make sure you are good with ana xm8 before you make the decision.

Here's my whole opinion on it:
Scar Light: Of course, one of the better guns in the game, and surely the best as theoretical stats go. Of course I find all the "whining" on the SCAR Light to be quite immature and does get me annoyed as much as grave robbing.(Which really gets me upset.) But if you can handle insults and know how to mute players and have a good physiological makeup, (Most certainly not like me!) then by all means use this gun. It's also cheaper then the XM8.

XM8: I got this gun from the Black Market and absolutely loved it. This gun is by far one of my favourites and will be forever. It is almost like a more sleeker, but yet weaker version of the SCAR Light, with a semi useless scope. I say semi because you can zoom in with it and thus, see further. However, I would say, in this gun was the same price of the SCAR Light or lower, then by all means, buy it. However, the fact stands, it is more expensive then the SCAR Light. Which of course it would be just about the only reason I wouldn't suggest this gun to you.(Actually it is, price is the only reason I won't suggest it.) Why buy something for more then something you know is better then it? The SCAR Light is a very powerful gun, but yet LESS then the XM8.
