Happens when your spectacting someone(OMOH in your screen) and when you started playing you had the OMOH character. Goes away when a weapon is picked up.

Also in EM, whenever there's a girl in my team, when i start my hands and arms look like a girl, but as soon as i pick up a weapon, it turns back to normal male character...explain? please?
