What is Network Maintenance ?

We will have a big Network Maintenance this Sunday from 1 AM TO 6 AM EST . It will fix something on our game and our login servers.

I am not sure what is this , but hopefully this will indicates a big thing for Crossfire in the future .

Fixing things on the servers, the routers, the switches, changing configurations, etc. Network related issues. My guess is that after the maintenance ping issues will be significantly reduced.

DeadEye, I know its off-topic, but Lots of people since Xtrap arrival have big FPS drop... Could you explain or somehow tell if it's Xtrap in cause

I got FPS drop too! Once it went to 2 FPS! And I have triple core CPU at 2.9 GHz, 4 GB DDR3 RAM and ATi HD4870. I run every game but this one maxed with no problems.

I hope it fixes the ping.

From usa I get 190-220 ping (arizona)

It has gotten worse since I joined in march I had 60-80 ping on normal then when west coast first came out I had 25-30 ping was doing good then but now 60% of shots are no registers.

It could even be a UK Server finally.
That's just my sarcasm.
I am deadly certain they wouldn't add a UK server.

I'm alright with my 120-ish ping connecting from the UK to Canada...
Maybe it will lower the ping for me a bit to like 100-ish?
