you should be able to...i play with a comp that has statics half as good as that and get 70+FPS so you should be fine.

yes you are fine sounds better than mine and i play with 26 ping and fps 40-119

Now depending on where you live it will either be a terrible experience or a fun one.

If you live in brazil you will have a terrible ping of 150+ 20% of your hits will not register.
If you live in toronto canada you will have an awesome ping of 10+. All will register.
