Playspan ESN code not working

My playspan ESN something isn't working. I don't know if it's the password or code, but it isn't giving me the ZP I purchased. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

I got that error once off buying off Playspan. No use posting a thread about it; go to Playspan's support page and send a support ticket. I got a reply in a few days and everything was fine then.

I have the same thing happen to me about 2-3 weeks ago.

I did enough surveys for 11,000 ZP. Got my ESN code, entered it and got nothing.

I sent a ticket both to Playspan and Z8. Playspan got back to me saying everything is good. Z8 however has said nothing at all. It's terrible, those surveys take forever.

I'm beginning to think that the whole free thing is garbage...
