My Guns and Nades are gone~! -_-

OK ok OK, now ive worked really hard to get the guns i wanted i first got a m4a1 and then saved up pateintly to get a scar.light

i got my scar light And had about 15,000 gp left over
the next day , i go on and see that my scar.light and m4a1 is gone
also to say my nade's are gone and i some how have a QBZ?
like OMG :0
no one knows my account details or password so im wondering is this sum Pukd up thing that crossfire / z8 games is responcible for
as you can see im pretty ****ed off!
