New Gear for higher ranks

Once you get past the rank of Scar L. you can pretty much get anything you want.
(Well if you got the GP (or ZP))
Well how about making some new improved gear, that higher ranks have access to.
Such as a improved flash, that flashes for longer.
Or a frag nade that does slightly more damage.
Or not even that just it could have a different explosion so it's more interesting.
