initrenderer().shutting down CANT PLAY CROSSFIRE !!!! HELP!!!!!!

I recently sold my other computer and now with this computer i made a new user account and downloaded crossfire.

When i launch game, before it loads to the log in screen a black screen with an Error message pops up saying initrenderer().shutting down then it waits for you to click ok, and when you do it shuts down crossfire. I CANT PLAY. PLZ HELP.

I need some expert advise because i really want to buy zp and play but i cant!

Its a p´roblem with your Computer.
Try updating your drivers...
Graphic drivers.

Like Lobstermts said, it's most likely a driver issue. What kind of video card does your system have?

Um can someone help me

well i was playing crossfire just before then i quit to go do thee washing and i came back double clicked on it screen went black and said error initrenderer() so i reinstalled the game and tried again and said same thing can someone help??

u don't have enough memory or your driver is not installed... and when you run: dxdiag on the display tab, it says Graphic: NA

Um so what is the tab thingy u talking bought and i have everything installed and about 7 gigs of memory left

ok i dont know jack **** about computers im more of a gamer can someone tanslate this into stupid people language (not to stupid) and tell me what i can do to fix this because about 2 hours ago i was playing crossfire fine

go to start, click on RUN
type dxdiag
then click on the DISPLAY tab
tell me what's ur graphic card and your total memory

congrats your probebly the first ever person to use search and revive an old thread with your problem rather than making a new thread gj

make sure your graphics card/chip set drivers are up to date and direct x

here try downloading ASC

it once you installed and loaded it up click the bottom circle called utilities and it should have something called smart ram use open up smart ram and click go it should say deep clean/smart clean

just do them both also try running the actual scanner for it 2 clean registry issues

you can also try ccleaner for registry problems as well
