Better the processor is, the better your experiance will be.

i5 is plenty enough, and if you can get it to a 3.2 GHz, you will be set with all modern games for atleast another six months.

Dont forget the graphics cards though, glad you got DX11 supported one.

Also Antec 1200, one of the best cases ever made. I dont personelly use it myself, but I have friends using it. I use a Coolermaster CM Storm sniper case and its a good one

I dont know much about the motherboard, but yeah 3xPCI-e, should be good

In a 8v8 i get 60~80 fps with 4yo comp Specs

Cpu 2.2Ghz Athlon64 overclocked @ 2.7Ghz
Ram 1gb 333mhz
Gpu Radeon X1600XT 256mb GDDR3 @ 1.38ghz/core @ 590mhz
