For comparison, i used an 8600gts with a core2Duo at 2.2ghz and got 40-60fps. With an 4890(a newer card) and my processor clocked slightly higher at 2.48ghz, i'm getting 50-70fps. So, the faster your single core, the better your experence.
Better the processor is, the better your experiance will be.
i5 is plenty enough, and if you can get it to a 3.2 GHz, you will be set with all modern games for atleast another six months.
Dont forget the graphics cards though, glad you got DX11 supported one.
2000Mhz Memory!
One of the best memory clock speeds right now
Also Antec 1200, one of the best cases ever made. I dont personelly use it myself, but I have friends using it. I use a Coolermaster CM Storm sniper case and its a good one
I dont know much about the motherboard, but yeah 3xPCI-e, should be good
I myself use Asus Crosshair III Formula
