It's not the fact that what you have isn't good for crossfire, it's the fact that crossfire just isn't optimized very well. You're also putting a rather hefty overclock on that cpu, so hopefully you know what you're doing, although I doubt you do judging by the question that you have presented in this thread.

its not hat much lol you obviously don't know much. It's no that much of an overclock. I got my dual core from 2.4 to 5Ghz no problem. -

Well it's not that big of a deal if you have the proper cooling for it and everything, but judging from the question in the OP you don't seem like you know much about computers. You should know that your frame rate will be sufficient enough to run crossfire pretty much flawlessly, unless this thread is purely meant for bragging.

Well no one has still said what's my average FPS. -
Dont overclock.UnleashedHavoK wrote: »What if overclocked processor from 2.5 to 4.01 Ghz which I'm gonna do. And overclock my graphics card with RivaTuner. And would overclocking m RAM do much?
You are gonna damn off.
And secound
If the FPS is higher than 60 fps
the eye cant see faster than 60 fps
Except if you are a alien.
And you are gonna wreck if you overclock, there is a high risk on the power supply and overheatting. -

Sounds like a cool compy and thats high fps if i had that comp i would be running COD4 or sumtin but crossfire is plenty fun well gratz on the upgraded compy !

I'm not an alien but I'm Daemonic, look it up in a dictionary it's gonna be the name of my clan. -
i used my new core i5 at 3.4, i got around 110-190 fps, so i assume you'll see around 80-100fps at the worst end of it. It mostly comes down to single core frequency, and if you have turbo boost enabled, you should be getting a 3.2 on a single core when you run CF/

How does that make sense when I'm overclocking it to 4.01Ghz you MODS don't make sense you need to read more of the post before posting spam that doesn't make sense. LOL EDIT: My graphics card is souble better than your 4890 mine is 2x5770 crossfireX don't know how I;'m gonna get lower FPS -

your post about overclocking is not in the main post, hence i did not read it
And graphics card won't matter, the cpu is the bottleneck, not the gpu
4 ghz should be 130-230 ish -

OKay thanks for teh proper response I wanted now this thread can finally end. BTW on my friemds 2core duo 2.66ghz he gets an average of 210 FPS with no drop -

Well the better your FPS the quicker you can switch guns have a comptetive edge over enemies see the before they see you. Really high FPS prevents ever having a stupid lag spike. -
No...UnleashedHavoK wrote: »Well the better your FPS the quicker you can switch guns have a comptetive edge over enemies see the before they see you. Really high FPS prevents ever having a stupid lag spike.
Not really.
Because my FPS decreased and my ping even decreased.
And
FPS, 60 is alright
You will not switch quicker
You will not shoot faster
Or things like this -
How is it to brag all i wanted to know what be my average FPS and no one gave my JACK ****It is obvious that you are well aware of PC components etc. and the thread is just to brag. Nothing wrong with that!!! Nice PC. But do not non-sense-argue-with-people! And do not argue with CubeHard cause I'm giving ya Da Butpain!
Peace -
YesUnleashedHavoK wrote: »Do I have to repeat my self once again it is **** having 60 ping becuase as soon as you drop under it goes laggy.
but with this PC
Your fps will not drop.
And its not laggy of the ping, its laggy of the fps fault.
FPS does not affect ping; -
Omg read all the thread before you keep reporting what ppl have said, Well the better your FPS the quicker you can switch guns have a comptetive edge over enemies see the before they see you. Really high FPS prevents ever having a stupid lag spike.
Well i did have to repeat meself -
