zong problems

hi i recently bought some offer awarded by zong that sayed that for 3600 Cop pesos i would recived 867k zp and i bought them but this is the time that i haven't recived anything and this is the last message i recived from super rewards:

please do something about it couse i dont want my money be wasted on nothing.
