CF coupon

Go to the "Black Market" tab, and then to your "Owned Crates" tab. Now look at the bottom of your screen, and you will see your coupon count. The exchange button next to it will show you exactly what weapons you can get for your coupons and how many you need in order to buy them.

With the coupon you do what LolliRoger said, exept one is useless, I think you need at least 15 to get something, there isn't anything under 15 coupons in the exchange.
And by the way, ZP crates give you a much bigger chance of getting a CF Coupon. Good Luck on collecting some coupons :P. -

I believe the MP5-Adv is offered for 10 coupons. -
