strange clan points system

look someone in my clan has over 200 points although the clan is just 4 dayz old and other memerbs have very many clan points aswell altough its impossible to have more than 40

If you get kicked from previous clan, and join another one, points are going to be transferred.

No. I left a clan where I had close to 900 clan points and started at 0 with my new clan.
