To summarize the answer, you DO KEEP your guns forever, unless they have a time limit stated on them. The only purpose for repairing guns is to keep them in top condition, guns will decrease in "hp" as you use them over time to simulate wear and tear, so they'll decrease in accuracy as a result. If you choose not to repair them, they'll keep decreasing in hp till 0% and they'll be considered malfunctioning and will have a UBER huge crosshair, resulting in epically horrible accuracy (this doesn't mean you lose the weapon). If you do repair them, then you'll never have to worry about accuracy decreasing. >.>

their accuracy decreases... and it sucks(the gun)
